And the Vicar Goes to...

We found out at the seminary convocation/placement service that M will be serving his vicarage in Windsor,ON! I have never been to Windsor, but I hear it gets really hot and humid; and that they make cars. We have been hearing great things about the congregation, and we're really excited to head out there. The details haven't been worked out yet, but personally, I'm looking forward to the drive across (a good portion of) Canada. We have air conditioning, good music, and the prairie farm report for the flat wheat-y parts...what more do you need?
There was much celebrating this weekend - we kinda had a family evening on Friday after the service, and then we all went out for dinner on Saturday (have I mentioned that I love the Keg? Well, I do!) Last night we had a little after-party party. We got together with Jimmah and Kari for some tasty supper and hockey game watching. The supper was great, but the game wasn't. The the Chiang/Schultz connection popped over for some fun and games (like backyard golf...) and we all went to bed way too late. It will be sad when we are scattered across Canada and don't have the option to share a round of things and some flavour country.
